Kitea Health has announced the opening of its new state-of-the-art facility, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to innovation, quality care, and improving the way chronic care is managed.

Designed with a strong focus on safety and reliability, the facility operates under ISO 13485 and GMP standards. It has the capacity to produce up to 10,000 Kitea Systems annually, supporting chronic care management while also contributing to the local economy. The company’s micro implantable brain device, the first of its kind in New Zealand and the first in the world, will now be delivered to patients with even greater consistency and quality through this new production space.
